My Chemical Romance perform deep cut “The World Is Ugly” for the first time in 14 years

My Chemical Romance fans in Nashville were treated to a special performance of a beloved deep cut from their catalog titled “The World Is Ugly” as part of the band’s ongoing reunion tour. Sporting a cheerleader uniform, vocalist Gerard Way triumphantly jumped around the stage and sang the Conventional Weapons track live for the first time in 14 years which resulted in an internet frenzy.

Botch return with first song in 20 years “One Twenty Two” 

Influential mathcore group Botch have released their first song in 20 years with “One Twenty Two.” The surprise announcement comes with additional news of an official re-issue of the band’s beloved 1999 album We Are the Romans, due Nov. 4 The Pacific Northwest quartet were highly influential on modern metalcore bands, with several of the group’s founding members going on to play in prominent acts such as Minus The Bear, Russian Circles, and These Arms Are Snakes in the following years since their initial disbandment. “One Twenty Two” picks up where the band left off 20 years ago with their signature brand of guttural vocals, pummeling breakdowns, and angular guitar riffs.
